One Step at a Time Thursday, January 9, 2014 Franklin and Shauna Thompson - Sr. Rep. - WorldVentures “Rome wasn’t built in a day,” and neither was the WorldVentures business of Senior Representatives, Franklin and Shauna Thompson. Expanding their team in Milwaukee, Wis., Franklin says he stays motivated by reminding himself daily that achieving something can’t be done overnight. “A 1,000-mile journey begins with one step,” Franklin says. Moving Forward as One Together, Franklin and Shauna are advancing; however, Franklin says Shauna has the “toughest job, holding down the household” while he’s out promoting and presenting. “She also finds a lot of candidates,” Franklin says. He communicates with his upline daily, plugs into weekly briefings, attends all trainings and makes himself available to help teammates and do “sit-downs” when needed. “Remember, if you reach forward, you’re learning, and if you reach behind you, you’re helping,” Franklin says. Rather than going it alone, Franklin, Shauna and their WorldVentures team are combining efforts, and together as one, they’re sure to succeed.
